1. Deal Exporter/Importer
We have made some further enhancements to the new export/import facility in that you can now add accessories, additional information, finance doc fee & broker doc fee against each deal in the spreadsheets.
The Broker doc fee will automatically populate with your default setting in Calas.
Some brokers have been querying why the in stock, metallic & maintenance columns are defaulted as “0″. basically “0″ = No if you want to say show it comes with metallic then replace the 0 with a 1, this applies to all three of these columns.

In this program update are the following new features:
1. Deals
We have created the ability to upload multiple adverts for a specific manufacturer by spreadsheet. Firstly go to deals, and in the tasks bar select “Deal Exporter” from here you can choose a manufacturer then if needed specify it to a specific model and whether to have just current derivative range or all.
Save the spreadsheet onto your desktop and then just populate the columns with your 2, 3 & 4 year rates or just one if you prefer. Any structural changes made by the broker will stop the import from working so please only enter your monthly rates into the appropriate column has highlighted.
Then save the spreadsheet, go back to Calas and choose the second tab at the bottom “Import deals” and answer the options and then select the “Import” button.
2. Top Deals
There is a bug fix on sorting out the ordering of the top deals.
3. Contact Number
Please note that we are changing our 0844 number to 01253 364 364 and this is now in operation to help reduce the cost in contacting us.

In this weeks update we also see the addition of the Seat Mii, Toyota Prius+ Estate & the Toyota Prius Plug-in being added to the database.

Please note that improvements have been made to the Online Finance Applications Forms:
1. If the application is being submitted on behalf of a Company, the information requested for each Director/Partner’s has been increased and now additionally asks for their, Marital status, number of dependents, Residential status & home telephone number.
2. The opening paragraph has been re-written to make it clearer about the Data Protection declaration.
3. If the application is being submitted via an actual deal the Vehicle details are now being populated into the Application.

In this update are the new following features:
1. Client Order Form
- When adding a client to the database we have now added the ability to add their address which will then in turn automatically populate into the Vehicle Order Form.
2. Stock Advertising
- You now have the ability to go into Preferences then Default Features and add your own standard Custom Features to your database so that when you then go and add a new vehicle to stock and go to Features tab you can select from your own as well as the options loaded automatically by ourselves.
